1. NO exhibition driving!
2. This is an alcohol and smoke-free event.
3. Check-in and Check-out supervised by event staff.
4. Music is provided by event staff.
PLEASE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND SIGN THE FOLLOWING WAIVER:
I, the undersigned, do hereby myself, my heirs, executors, and administrators waive and release Clermont Christian Church, its elders and leadership, all individual members thereof, and all other persons regardless of their capacity in any way connected with the Clermont Christian Church Cruise-In from any and all right, claim, or liability of any kind or nature that I may have. I do hereby acknowledge that this release will extend to any accidents, damages, or claims arising from my entry caused by my own acts, or acts caused by anyone outside my control. I further acknowledge and agree that I will be personally liable and accept full responsibility for any and all damage I, or any person within my control, cause to the grounds upon which the event is held, or any equipment, vehicles, buildings, etc. used in connection with the event. I understand that photographs and/or video taken during the event may be used for publicity and other uses, and I hereby relinquish any right to all photos taken in connection with this event.
